The Quinsam Crossing Development
The We Wai Kai Nation is developing plans to create a destination retail, sports, entertainment and recreation gateway to Campbell River for the North Island. The development will include a variety of commercial and retail services, community and recreational amenities. All of these facilities will be designed to not only make Quinsam Crossing an important shopping and entertainment destination for the whole of North Vancouver Island, but also make it a Mid-Island Highway gateway to Campbell River and create opportunities for retail partnerships with downtown Campbell River retailers. Retail tenants will be regionally distinctive, drawing from Comox Valley and the North Island region.
The We Wai Kai Nation is in discussion with tenants that are new to the District and would complement merchants in the District and fill voids in the local and regional marketplace
