The first business at the Quinsam Crossing is the Quinsam Crossing Shell Gas Station. This facility is open 24 hours and offers a convenience store, carwash, and propane filling station. The facility, opened in 2005, is owned in Partnership between the Band and a third party investor. Future development may include a restaurant and a motel. It is estimated that up to 90 sustainable jobs will be created as a result of these businesses.
